Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using Omoggle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Omoggle is an 18+ live performance arena. You may not use Omoggle if you are under 18 or if your local law does not allow you to use a live camera-based adult-oriented competitive service.

The Service

Omoggle lets users join camera-based 1v1 challenges, custom rooms, rankings, leaderboards, profiles, cosmetics, coins, and related community features. We may add, change, pause, or remove features at any time.

Matches are intended for entertainment and performance scoring. Omoggle does not provide identity verification, legal age verification, professional judging, financial advice, employment evaluation, medical advice, or other regulated assessment.

Accounts and Guest Use

You may use some areas as a guest, but claiming ranks, purchases, inventory, custom rooms, and other features may require sign-in. You are responsible for your account, device, login methods, and activity under your account or guest session.

Do not sell, transfer, share, or let others use your account in a way that bypasses safety, moderation, payment, ranking, or anti-abuse controls.

Camera-Based Participation

Live matches require camera access and may require microphone access. By entering a match, you agree that your live camera feed may be shown to your opponent and processed through real-time video infrastructure.

Do not enter a match if you are not comfortable being seen live by another participant. Do not record, screenshot, stream, redistribute, identify, harass, or exploit other users unless the product gives explicit permission for a specific sharing feature.

Conduct Rules

You agree not to:

• Use Omoggle if you are underage or attempting to help an underage person access the service.
• Harass, threaten, shame, dox, blackmail, stalk, or target another user.
• Share nudity, sexual content involving minors, exploitative material, illegal content, or any content that violates applicable law.
• Use hate speech, slurs, or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
• Cheat, automate, bot, manipulate matchmaking, exploit bugs, or interfere with scoring, ELO, coins, purchases, or leaderboards.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Omoggle.
• Attempt to access non-public systems, scrape private data, bypass security, or disrupt the service.
• Use Omoggle for spam, scams, malware, phishing, commercial solicitation, or unauthorized advertising.

Rankings, Scores, and Public Profiles

ELO, ranks, public appeal, wins, losses, streaks, cosmetics, profile presentation, and leaderboard position are game systems. We may adjust, reset, hide, or remove rankings, scores, inventory, matches, profiles, or rewards when needed for abuse prevention, bug fixes, season changes, balancing, or rule enforcement.

Public competitive information may be visible to other users.

Purchases, Coins, Cosmetics, and Pro Features

Coins, gems, cosmetics, subscriptions, badges, profile effects, arena frames, and other digital items are limited, revocable licenses for use inside Omoggle. They are not money, stored value, property, or transferable assets.

Purchases may require an account. If you buy something, you are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with the payment provider's terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, digital purchases are final after delivery.

We may change item availability, pricing, bundles, balance, features, or cosmetics. We may remove or restrict items tied to fraud, chargebacks, abuse, bugs, or violations of these Terms.

User Content

You are responsible for what you show, say, upload, submit, or otherwise make available through Omoggle. You grant Omoggle the rights needed to host, process, display, moderate, and operate that content within the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content you provide.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may warn, mute, block, remove content, restrict matchmaking, reset scores, remove cosmetics, suspend accounts, ban users, preserve evidence, or take other action when we believe rules were broken or safety requires it.

We may use reports, automated signals, manual review, transaction records, device or network indicators, and gameplay data to enforce these Terms. We are not required to disclose every detection method or moderation reason when doing so would weaken safety or anti-abuse systems.

Intellectual Property

Omoggle, its designs, names, logos, software, game systems, visual effects, copy, and related materials belong to Omoggle or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create confusingly similar services from our protected materials except where law allows.

Third-Party Services

Omoggle may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, real-time video, payments, email, storage, and other infrastructure. Their services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers

Omoggle is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that matches will always be available, that rankings will be error-free, that every abusive user will be detected, or that the service will operate without interruption.

Use live camera features responsibly. Online interactions can involve risk, and you are responsible for your own conduct and decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Omoggle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost rankings, lost cosmetics, lost goodwill, or service interruption arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Omoggle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, cause legal exposure, abuse the platform, or if continued operation of a feature or account is no longer practical.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and may provide notice through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
