Privacy Policy
How Omoggle handles accounts, camera sessions, gameplay data, safety reports, purchases, and cookies.
Last updated: 2026-06-16
Overview
Omoggle is an 18+ performance arena where users join live camera-based challenges, match with other players, earn rankings, and unlock cosmetic items. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and what choices you have.
Omoggle does not sell, store, or use your face for biometric identification. Live camera and microphone streams are used to power real-time matches and safety checks. They are not intended to be stored as face templates or used to identify who you are.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information when needed to operate the service:
- Account details — Name, email address, profile handle, avatar, linked login provider, and account preferences.
- Local guest profile data — Temporary guest identifiers, display names, session state, challenge progress, coins, and gameplay preferences used before you claim an account.
- Live session data — Camera and microphone streams, room identifiers, match state, challenge mode, timestamps, queue status, and peer connection data needed to run real-time arenas.
- Gameplay and ranking data — ELO, wins, losses, streaks, ranks, public appeal scores, leaderboard position, match history, cosmetic inventory, equipped cosmetics, and coin balances.
- Safety and moderation data — Reports, blocks, abuse signals, banned status, device or network indicators, and records needed to investigate cheating, harassment, unsafe conduct, or attempts to bypass restrictions.
- Technical data — Browser type, device type, IP-derived approximate region, language, diagnostics, logs, errors, cookies, and similar data used for reliability, security, localization, and fraud prevention.
- Payment and purchase data — Purchase history, product identifiers, subscription status, and payment processor references. Payment processors handle card and billing details; Omoggle does not store full payment card numbers.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and maintain accounts, guest sessions, and local profiles.
- Connect users into live matches and custom rooms.
- Run camera checks, challenge timers, scoring, leaderboards, ranks, rewards, and cosmetics.
- Show your profile, inventory, public rank, and gameplay history where the product expects public competitive information.
- Detect cheating, spam, harassment, underage access, platform abuse, and unsafe behavior.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, coin balances, cosmetic unlocks, refunds, and payment disputes.
- Respond to support requests and moderation appeals.
- Improve performance, localization, reliability, accessibility, and product design.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Camera, Microphone, and Face-Related Data
Omoggle needs camera and microphone access for live arena gameplay. Your browser asks for permission before sharing these streams.
Camera streams may pass through real-time infrastructure so you and your opponent can see each other during a match. Omoggle does not claim to run identity verification, legal age verification, or biometric authentication. Camera checks are session gates for product safety and abuse reduction, not government ID checks.
You should not use Omoggle if you do not want to appear on live camera with another participant.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember theme and language choices, maintain guest sessions, reduce abuse, and understand basic product performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may break sign-in, queueing, purchasing, or guest-to-account claiming.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Infrastructure providers that help deliver hosting, authentication, databases, real-time video, storage, analytics, email, payments, and security.
- Payment processors when you buy coins, cosmetics, subscriptions, or other paid features.
- Moderation, legal, or safety partners when needed to investigate abuse, enforce rules, or respond to lawful requests.
- Other users, when the information is part of the public product experience, such as handle, rank, ELO, leaderboard position, equipped cosmetics, match outcome, or profile presentation.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Omoggle, maintain rankings and purchases, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
Guest session data may be temporary, but some safety, moderation, transaction, or leaderboard records may be retained for longer where necessary.
Your Choices
Depending on your location and account status, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain personal information. Some records may need to be kept for security, anti-abuse, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction integrity.
You can also:
- Stop using the camera or microphone by revoking browser permission.
- Sign out or clear local browser data to remove local guest state from your device.
- Contact us about account deletion, moderation records, or purchase history.
Safety of Minors
Omoggle is intended for adults only. Do not use the service if you are under 18 or below the age required by your local law. If we believe an account is underage, we may restrict or remove access.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and abuse detection. No internet service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login methods and devices safe.
International Use
Omoggle may process information in countries different from where you live. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where our providers and systems operate.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. If a change is material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the product.
